Exhibition Opening Hours

There are two exhibition periods. Ticketholders can enter the exhibition anytime during their selected session (85 mins) and must leave the venue at the end of the session.

# "Afterthoughts of a Peculiar Dream" has same content over the two weeks. Each experience lasts 15 minutes, and visitors must select a time slot when purchasing tickets.

Live Performance Arrangement

* "To Needless Illusion"

9-10.8 (9pm) and 11/8 (8pm): an approx. one-hour live performance. Tickets are sold at HKD 40 separately.
The exhibition area will be closed completely in the previous session before each performance to allow for performance preparations.

^ "A Very Big Instrument"

9.8 (7:35pm) and 11.8 (1:35pm & 7:35pm): 20-minute live performances as part of the exhibition. Free registration are required.
The exhibition space will close for 20 minutes before each performance to allow for performance preparations.

** “Body Landscape”

9-11.8: Durational live performance during the whole exhibition period.

9.8 & 16.8 (7:30pm & 8:30pm): Free public performance at the public area of EKCC (Opposite Amoy Plaza).

Visitors are advised to purchase general admission ticket at artmate.net. Onsite ticketing is available if quotas remain.

Early session (10:30am - 11:55am): HKD 60
Noon session (12:00nn - 1:25pm): HKD 80
Special session (9-10.8: 7:30pm - 8:55pm & 11.8: 6:30pm-7:55pm): HKD 75
Other sessions: HKD 100 / Concessions HKD 80*
Ticket to “To Needless Illusion”’s Performance: HKD 40

Purchasing one standard ticket each for period 1 & 2: Package standard ticket HKD150 / Package concessions ticket HKD 120

*Senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities, full-time students, and comprehensive social security assistance (CSSA) recipients

Inclement Weather Arrangements

Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning / Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3: The exhibition will remain open, but outdoor performance “TvT” will be suspended.

If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is still in effect 3 hours before the start of the exhibition session, that exhibition session will be cancelled.
